Cayley has been an absolutely incredible nanny for my two girls for several years. She started nannying for us when my youngest was 1 year old and the older one 5.5 years, and she's continued taking care of my girls for years to come.

How it works.

My care is built on relationship, relationship, relationship, through a social justice lens. Children learn language through play and hands-on experiences, through emotional connection – feeling safe and respected – and through social interaction, using language and building relationships.

Slow pedagogy is the goal. Nature, weather, and the outdoors are necessary to build resiliency, messes are okay as long as you can clean them up, and I use gender-neutral materials and inclusive language throughout.
